Rahman Magic gets International Acclaim

Zenithous music creator A.R. Rahman: who is an esteemed Muslim artist who has won thirteen Filmfare Awards, four National Film Awards, a BAFTA Award, a Golden Globe, two Grammy Awards, and two Academy Awards.

He has scooped two awards at the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards ceremony in LA on Jan 31st , but ousted(overcome #) Amjad Ali Khan and Ustad Zakir Hussain, who were also nominated,  but could not manage to win the golden gramophones.

Rahman was honoured for his compositions in Danny Boyle’s (not Boyle’s law!) rags-to-riches film “Slumdog Millionaire“, which also reached the red carpet along with the suave young eloquent artists getting the awards for best compilation soundtrack for a motion picture and “Jai ho” being the best motion picture song.

Jai ho”: eversince has been altercated into richer nuances of metaflux and we have all heard the blue monolithic beats of cuttled rapture, as in the Western influence.

Rahman shares the Grammy with veteran lyricist Gulzar and Tanvi Shah who wrote the Spanish lyrics for it.Esperanto is only spoken by 10 % of the people of Southern America, which is only an equal part of the entire domain of larger Northern block of America.

Rahman,  made a rich  influx by embarking on the 52nd edition of the Annual Grammy Awards held at the Staples Centre.

“Jai ho”, that has won various international awards including the Oscars last year, is from Danny Boyle’s rags-to-riches film “Slumdog millionaire“. The song was sung by Sukhvinder Singh, Mahalaxmi Iyer, Vijay Prakash along with Rahman and Shah.

Sarod maestro Ustad Amjad Ali Khan, who were nominated in the best traditional world music album category for his album “Ancient Sounds”, lost out to “Douga Mansa” by African Kora player Mamadou Diabate.

Tabla player Ustad Zakir Hussain, who was nominated in the best classical album category for his album “The Melody of Rhythm” that featured works by Leonard Slatkin, Bela Fleck, Hussain and Edgar Meyer (Detroit Symphony Orchestra).

He had won a Grammy last year for his collaborative album “Global Drum Project”. Doldrums are altogether another nonsensical matter regulatorative in the Southern parts of the Indian Subcontinent.

The best classical intercultural album award went to “Yo-Yo Ma & Friends: Songs Of Joy And Peace”.
