My sole adventure in this blog is to point out any coincidental mishap between IPC “mens rea” 306 in Indian constitution and the so called infrastructural depravity raging in our country.Its not just about bus burnings in Delhi roads , (Delhi is not far:Ruskin Bond) something that we timely hear of in the newspapers(fortunately there are not many in Chandigarh to speak of!), nonchalantly I was talking about the pointless agenda intertwinings and the political hotch potch that has become the lipwarmer coffee paparazzi : we talk of legacy broils and penal codes havocing the IBM backlog and there is a consequent panic struck pass pass subordination as if a soulful melodramatic perpetual haircurling gothic scenario is moving at the Montaiguian (monstrous) still baroqueness.Truely if India has not reached anywhere today its only because it has not tuned to standardization and if overawed by the egroeconomics.
The mens rea token has its genes impregnated into the fact that such few women leaders are heading the frontbencher or more particularly the judge bencher and its not about the clincher but just how obliviously the saga of legal cacophony continues changing hands and faces but never a quick convenient redressal of authentic wounds.
They continue making movies over it, and repeatedly make the same mistakes like a fool: well to err is human :to forgive is divine and Amnesty has nothing to with Architecture?That’s the question India needs to raise for people drowned in thick books that have built libraries and vestiges of the nation.A bad library is often the sign of good governance and we all recall some blatant tribe (B.C?) burning up books to gain supremacy.Please excuse my ambiguous dilettante bridgefalling (not London) pestilence :physicians and lawyers are indeed the bugs of the country!
