Speaking of corruption and partiality Goswami, a prior Government protocol officer (a few years back) had been in the headlines for unchaste taste of money. So if now the CPM is vulnerable to the appointment of M.K.Narayanan as governor in West Bengal, its surely going to let them have a better taste of the Congress in their brains.Besides, the CPM should be happy that Mamta Banerjee will have a good time contriving and barricading roads every other day with the arrival of a Southern state trotter(M.K.Narayanan).
I was a student at Calcutta University and was particularly baffled by revolutionary protestors screaming their lungs out when the exams would be scheduled.Closeby, Pesidency College must have had a better administration since their buildings are comparatively moved away from the College Square.Atleast we have not had to face any Tiannmenne square episode as of yet in West Bengal. However, the 55 decibles of noise pollution is a gory situation and there needs to be a point wise revisory board as to what type of pollution needs utmost importance.Thermal Pollution has nothing to with biomagnification in pisciculture? There is enough room for thought on these lines, and pond filling should be a heavily chargeable offence in the state where molasses are fast becoming scarce. Is it?
A party leader said that though governors are appointed by the Centre, there is a convention of consulting the state governments. In case of West Bengal, even routine consultation has also not taken place on Narayanan’s name. There surely must be a new veto mode coming from down south then guys, since speaking of convention, we are again biasing our instinct on Britishers : when will India learn that restoration does not always mean ammendments, that it needs to be free from the most bulky gothic constitution that is like a dog eating its own tail, when you have canned food on it mischieviously. The Rule of Law is utterly boring and misleading, I personally prefer the SEO concept. The slow and steady wins the race adage needs to be connoitered.Come to think of it , India(Bengal particularly) needs to break its oriental image and pave into a Machiavellian mode of political development because there are more saviors in the City of Joy than there are fast cars.
Taxis are still the same blurry yellow, and ambassadors, where as in Singapore they have the best models running on rent. What a shame for the City Of Joy!
The possibility of Narayanan recommending President’s rule before the elections also cannot be ruled out, a senior party leader said. Naturally if someone creates an emergency, when there is none to speak of then Presidential rule will be placed for good, and we have lots of those in our slow-paced turtlish state.
