The news that probably hit you in the morning papers…FBI raided the petite and sparsely populated town of Kinsman, in Illinois on Sunday ,around morning.
Did you hear, atleast 100 agents, led by the Chicago FBI office, , aided by copters and numerous police cars, covered a meat plant near Morris,in Illinois city. Witnesses, said members from the National Guard Troops were also present at the inspection site. The plant called ‘First World Management Plant’ , according to the grapevine was Islamic, and the agents included émigré officials and state cops. The police, armed with M-16 rifles made no arrests but seized a number of recruits of the plant.
It is a different type of communion and rapture that is explicit in the system, and I personally marvel at how such co-ordination and systemic concern is not present in Indian authorities. There is a freedom and comfort that does not govern how our raids are made, unless it is a cosmopolitan like Mumbai.
Albeit no statements were issued regarding the entire episode, the event aroused the interest of many curious followers. Owing to this there is a considerable amount of bewilderment among the residents of Illinois. The issue is an ambiguous one, as the city itself lacks a police force, and sources could not gather much information.
A phone receiver at the site, was even questioned whether the alarm had to do something with alien encounter, but he didn’t affirm anything. Witnesses accounted the sheriff department was present too but it has been covered by the department officials. According to a source, the plant itself was closed up and was lying abandoned, but there had been no reports as such of any blunder. Witnesses also narrated that an undocumented drifter lives behind the plant and also works there.
The episode has imposed a air of impending doom regarding public safety. Naturally, such alarm was caused for something important enough to get this kind of attention.
