People in America are known to contest for popularity and fame. They will shake every bone on So You Think You Can Dance, or eat disgusting stinky insects for big money, or chase unchartered territories to win luxury trips and become famous faces. The average American, or for that matter any person on the planet, is famished for recognition.
Recently, a six year Colorado boy Falcon Heene triggered the suspicion of the media after he was discovered from his home attic in a cardbox following the anxiousness of his parents who reported him being set loose on a weather balloon. The Associated Press confirmed to sources that the episode was not a hoax for getting attention. There was enough reason to believe that the outcry for the child gone missing was a facade, since the young man disclosed a weird notion before the media that his father had said they were doing all of “this ” for a show! Whatever that was supposed to mean! The parents clarified that their concern was certainly genuine. Even celebrities recounted the event with anticipation and anxiousness looking forward to the news of the 6 year old Colorado boy being found.
